Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê (/ˈmɪqi/ /fɪ ˈvɘko/ [accurate] [lamb]) is a subtropical Town located in the Ko-13nhun Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê was founded by Zêpí Shëgê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê receives an average of 237 cm/y (93 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1904 m (6246 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê was founded durring the late 16th century in spring of the year 1563, by Zêpí Shëgê. The establishment of Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Zêpí Shëgê electing to pay people to resettle in Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê.
Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê is buildings are arranged within a network of crampt cobblestone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's peasent-grade are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
Right off the bat Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. The town is very clearly a joyfull place as well as wealthy. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.

Cultural Notes
Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

Mêthê-fî Vêko Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves long periods of drunkenness to channel Elven High Magic energies of tier 2 via recitation of poetic epics.
